On a beautiful summer day in 1949 in Stratford, Ontario the engineer and conductor
enjoy a conversation while the mail and express are being loaded and taken off train
29 with Mountain #6021 and train 169 with Pacific #5571. #6021 has just arrived
from Toronto and will soon cut off its train and then move to the shops while the
#5571 has pulled in from Palmerston.
